Constantly Increasing Bill With No Explanation

I noticed my bill increased by $10 with no explanation for the increase. As a result and because my bill has increased multiple times over the years, I am exploring cheaper phone and internet options. Please explain the rationale for the increase.

If not, then they are free to change whenever they want.

Which is the same for most providers.
