i spoke to a upper tier rep last year. They stated they were going to report to the credit bureaus that the collection was bogus. I transferred from MD to FL and they had all my info but never sent my last bill to me and had my info but it went to collections and they said it would be corrected. No one from Verizon has fixed this.
I I was also told that this time they would credit my premium content for the next 12 months and it has kicked in to paid status and I am paying for all the premium channels they said they would waive. Can you please fix this.
I I also would like a free quantum router for all this trouble. Please contact me and make me whole. I've been s loyal fios customer for 10years and never missed a payment.
