Yesterday I went on the Verizon website to try to put together a more affordable contract for the next two years. The package that was in my cart already was now less for some reason. When I looked at it the price was amazing, so I checked out. Agreed to the contract and thankfully took screen shots along the way. Now the confirmation email they sent me is totally different! I first chatted online and was told to call. Which I did and spent 45 minutes on the phone. I was told they don’t have the package I checked out with. Then I was told it was a glitch on their website. However, they can’t uphold that price even though that’s what their website gave me. I asked for a manager and was told 15-20 minutes one would call me back. Nothing! So after 1.5 hours I call back. That agent implies I’m lying and then tells me his supervisor is calling me on the other line. This supervisor tells me I need to speak to a manager, and they will call me back in 10-15 minutes. He also says NOT to call back, they will call me! That was at 12:04 pm yesterday. Still no call!
