So frustrated. Today Verizon was supposed to send a technician to fix my tv and internet issues.  

No call, no cancellation and a no show. It wasn't until I called to figure out why the technician had not shown up yet, that the customer service agent told me that they never actually intended to send a technician even though I had a confirmed ticket and signed T&Cs that a technician was coming
