Customer Service

My family had been Verizon customers for many years, but, unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with customer service for each of our accounts we have all  changed providers.  Our decisions were not based on pricing, but solely on the terrible customer service. 

Now I am required to deal with Verizon, since our condo building has a contract for Fios services.  I have spend hours on hold, both with chat and on the phone, been redirected numerous times and am overall highly dissatisfied with customer service.  I know I am not alone, and am wondering if anyone in management realizes how many customers have gone to other providers because of this problem.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of this page. Response times may vary. Continue to check your Inbox regularly for a reply and direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
