I just experienced an unpleasant customer service call. I would like to follow-up via email. Can anyone share with me how best to reach someone? I asked for my call to be transferred to someone else and was told that no one could do that. This requires more than a simplistic answer like that.
Verizon does not use email for customer service.
Only way I know to contact support is via phone call or twitter @verizonsupport.
