Where can I file a complaint (happen to catch one reps name and number). I called customer service to cancel TV and keep internet and as soon as a rep hears that, she/he hangs up!!! This is my 14th call in the span of the 1.5 hour...maybe I should cancel Verizon entirely....
Those phone reps donโt make money on cancellations. So I would not be surprised if hang ups occur due to reps not wanting it on their numbers.
