This screenshot shows how long i was on the phone attempting to reach customer service in regards to being double billed by them since dec 2016! No, the conversation was not this long. I was literally on hold listening to their background music for at least 3.5hrs!!! This number was given to me to contact financial services who said customer service is the department i need to speak with, which i was on hold for 80mins yesterday trying to get the same thing accomplished. How can i address the situation when i can’t reach them? I’m beyond frustrated to deal with this for the past year. Unacceptable.
