Does anyone from corporate actually read the forums or the facebook page! Nothing but complaints about costs and service! I would be embarrassed to have a company that gets such **bleep**ty comments about it's services! Selling my stock!

These are mainly peer to peer support forums.
And as with most forums, you will mainly see complaints.
People don't take the time to post praises in a support forum.

I see most of the posts are closed after verizon responds, HMMMM. They always say they are going to refer people to agents. I have already talked to 20 agents, and nothing but over 30 hrs lost on hold! If Verizon was my company There would be a lot of unemployed managers! Have you tried to call customer service??? Pleeeeez.

The ones that respond and refer you to an agent are not Verizon employees.
They are forum monitors.
And no, I don't work for Verizon.
