Customer service

I have been trying for 5 days to reach a rep... after 45-60 minute waits I just hang up! I am a senior who has been able to get an offer each year to lower my bill in some way. My last discount expired 8/30 .. tried the online chat but I was abruptly told nothing is available! My son is insisting I switch to cablevision .. just about to do so but thought I would see if there are any other alternatives?

Also, call and tell them you want to drop service.

You MAY get referred over to a retention department who can see what they can do.

Are you still in contract?

If not, that can offer discounts as well.
