I spent about 20 minutes trying to change my password. each Verizon support number I found was closed. I don't understand how they expect people to get help via chat if the person cannot access the account.
I have probably had Verizon for 15-20 years. It's tempting to switch providers but may run into the same problems.s

the problem is getting to the chat person.
Interesting that the user name frustrated customer had already been taken. I wonder how many frustrated customers there are. I very rarely post on a forum like this but decided to do so tonight because I was so frustrated

Verizon I would like to see you step up your game and allow a person to speak to a person on the phone (that is the service you provide) not everyone's problems come during office hours.
