I have an uncapped FIOS access panel in the corner of my yard. I posted here about this one month ago under the same username and was told that my problem was escalated. I still have an uncapped FIOS access panel in my yard, and no repair has been made.
I have called 1-800-VERIZON and they will not patch me through to an agent without my providing the automated system with an account customer. I am not a Verizon customer.
Please tell me how I can get this fixed. I am about to escalate to my homeowners association and start calling local papers.
