Damage to Sprinker lines during installation

We had the sprinkler company come out because several of my irrigation zones were not working working. My irrigation contractor believes the Verizon installer cut the irrigation lines at multiple points when the conduit and fiber optic line was installed when we signed up for service in November 2023. I would like to file a claim with Verizon for reimbursement of the irrigation company service call and repair costs. I can provide a copy of the irrigation's company's invoice once it is scheduled and completed.  Who do I reach out to in order to get this reimbursed?

I have also tried calling/chatting verizon and was told I would have a call with within 24-36 hours and that was 5 days ago.  I cannot get anyone live to discuss this and resolve the issue.
