Hello. I have a verizon utility box in my front yard that was knocked over during last night's storm and wires are exposed. Who do I contact to take care of this? I do not have a Verizon account.

Hi ullrichgwa,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

The utility box cover in my front lawn has been damaged and there is now a hole in my lawn. The utility box is underground and the flush mount cover (appears to have been about 12" by 12") has fallen into the box. It now presents a significant safety hazard.

Hello. I have a verizon utility box in my front yard that has fallen over and wires are exposed. We are unable to balance/set it back up steady and there are at least fifteen (15) kids in the surrounding houses all under the age of 10. This presents a MAJOR safety hazard. Who do I contact to take care of this immediately? I do not have a Verizon account. It's located on the southeast side of Bloomsbury Dr., Kyle Texas 78640. Thanks!
