Neighbor's tree took down all wires 3/7/2018 11pm. Electric wires snapped, cable pulled out, landline extended and worked. Electric company came and handle power 3/10 2:30pm. Cable was taken care of 3/14 7pm. I called Verizon 3/15 to take care of the landline that is connected and half laying on the ground. Customer Service said they would have a technician come look within 24 hours. I haven't seen anyone and the wire is still half down laying on the ground (about 12 ft).

You may need to contact them again.
Is it a fiber line or just copper?

Note the great service you receive from the Cable & Electric companies but just a big hassle from Verizon.
Like the other poster stated you could try calling again. Not knowing what state you reside in however google the Public Service Commission or Public Utilities Commission in your state and file a complaint with them since they regulate the utilities of which Verizon is a public utility.
Best of luck
