I have been online with your customer representative for about 4 hours today(Check the records). The last customer representative, Shalik asked me for a minute or two to review my account after I declined the offer he was trying to sell(a more expensive one). He was the fifth person that I was transferred to. I have been charged for an option I have yet to accept. Your customer representative said that I had to enroll in auto pay(which I was), and he said I needed to add my banking information (which was not available in the system and nowhere to be found).  After trying for a while, the customer representative sent me an email to allow me to add my banking information using the direct link. After trying several times with three different devices and two different browsers, the operation was unsuccessful. The system was saying that I was not allowed. I mentioned that to the customer representative, he transferred me to the technical area. Shalik left me hanging in the chat for about an hour. I am still waiting to get the rate and discount I was offered. Your website has been carefully crafted to trick users into signing up with the promise of all the discounts and great prices when in reality, forcing the customers to buy the overpriced service because the values and offers are not valid. This is a clear case of dark patterns.

The user should have access to everything that directly impacts their account, and any charges should affect its account. It is concerning that I cannot see it in my account or even talk with somebody who can help me change it or update my account.
