Delinquent Billing

I am enrolled in auto-pay and it was fine until this month. I am now shown as being delinquent because for some reason auto-pay did not work for my last payment, can you tell me what the problem is?

Your asking peers here, although a admin might offer to connect you. But for billing issues you are better off calling them at 1-800-verizon. Most likely will need to contact them during business hours.
