Very frustrated . Moving cross country . Ordered internet service to start after my arrival. Very clearly identified to customer service I would not be able to receive equipment until May 9th as May 9th is my closing date on new home . They assured me that was not an issue. Checked my account . Equipment delivered to home and sitting on front porch. Thanks for such a great introduction to your customer service !
Tried to connect with a live rep today . Spent about 5 minutes with automated phone answering service before being told to call back tomorrow . Sigh . I'm beginning to regret choosing this internet provider .
