Did not receive DoorDash giftcard

I did not receive my doordash gift card, on the my home offers it shows that the door dash giftcard was redeemed but the date is blank and it won't let me click on the offer. Customer support seems to be non-existent with verizon now.  How do I actually receive this gift card or is it a bait and switch?
