Did not receive refund after 1.5 months

I returned an unopened phone to verizon. After receipt was confirmed, over the course of the following 1.5 months, the 10+ verizon customer reps either told me it would take a month/they aren't sure/tell me someone else will research my case and follow up with me but never do. I'm very frustrated with Verizon's customer service. Can someone help me?
