I signed up for Verizon in January, all bills are up to date; paid on time and in full. It's now September, and I still haven't receive the $300 visa prepaid card that was advertised as part of my package deal.

In the same boat as you, i signed up over a year ago and waited 4 months before i contacted a sales agent when i inquired about my order they said there never was a gift card promo associated with my account. One of the reasons i'll be cancelling my service next year
