Disappointed and tired

So yesterday I have a technician over to install my new package deal. After installation i ask where is the rest of my stuff . He reply this is what is on my work order. Fine it's Sunday I'll fix this tomorrow  when they are open I said . Low and behold. I didn't get what I wanted verizon will not put it it back the way it was or rectify it without it costing more money. Granted it is partially my fault for not reading the email that was sent due to the frustration that was caused to me by dealing with customer support day after day. This is no way to treat existing customers . So to make long stories short. I will not give up till I speak with someone that really can help
