Disgusted - $100 Visa card not received even after multiple contacts with Verizon support

I signed up for Verizon Fios in Jan and was promised a $100 Visa gift card. I have followed up with Verizon support multiple times and keep getting told that I will receive the card. I received the email notification that I am eligible on 4/20/2020. I redeemed it but have not received the card. I did a followup with customer support on 5/27/2020 and was told I will receive it in 5-7 business days but haven't yet. One can't be just sick and tired of such customer service and promise to deliver, but should be disgusted having to do business with such people!! Why do you people make is so hard to get what is due?

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
