Hi, I just signed up for Verizon FIOS and was offered a free year of Disney+. I received the email with instructions on how to activate Disney+ a few weeks ago. Each time I try to follow the link, it sends me to my MyVerizon home page and does not give me the option to click on the Disney+ activation tile. I've searched the website everywhere and tried customer support and no one has been able to help me figure out how to get to the activation page. I'm honestly very frustrated with the literal hours I've now spent trying to do something that should be simple. Please advise or help. Thanks,
