Door dash gift card prom for new internet subscribers

Hello,

I responded to "Its time to claim your offer email" regarding a $50 door dash gift card and have not received any follow-up.  I signed into my Verizon account today and do not see credits or links to redeem the gift card.

I just signed back up with Verizon in January and would like some assistance please.
