I had a door to door sales come to my door. I switched over to Verizon. I could not get additional help so I went to a store and I think it messed up my promotions that were offered at the door. The sales man said that he would get his supervisor involved but is no longer responding. How do I get help on all the promotions he offered? I feel like I want to cancel and go back to Tmobile.
