I was offered the $200 DoorDash gift card promotion when I signed up for Fios (in January). It is April and I still have not received a code to redeem after claiming the offer. I was transferred to SIX different agents today when I called and chatted with Support to resolve it, and none of them were able to fix the issue. They are now claiming it was already sent even though I never received any notification of a code to my Inbox or spam. The one agent said he was sending it again and sent me an email with a link that did not work before transferring me again to someone who couldn't help.
