Downed Line Appointments Not Honored

The cable leading from the street to my house came down in a storm and ripped the verizon box off of the side of my house, breaking the plastic hangers. The cable is across my driveway. I've called the automated phone line to report a downed cable condition. My first appointment was scheduled for 3/5. That came and went. I made another appointment for 3/9. No response. A third appointment on 3/14 has passed. I've received zero communication or assistance.

What exactly do I need to do to get this addressed? Is this not the responsibility of Verizon? Are you expecting us to do this repair ourselves somehow?
