E-mail Not offering Correct Thank You Reward

I received two e-mails from Verizon stating that I needed to redeem my "thank you" reward before it expires.  I click the link and it is offering the Echo and Prime, which were given to me more than a month ago.  I asked about the ring doorbell, which was never offered to me and was told "sorry, you've received the Echo and Prime, so we don't have anything for you".  That was very disappointing.  When I asked about the doorbell, the rep didn't even acknowledge my question.  Also, who are these "thank you" offerings for?  My mom has Verizon Fios as well, but received nothing.
