I have been trying since 9 July to upload a document to Verizon's ETF waiver link without success. At first I thought it was because I was using an iPad and an iPhone and that is why it would not upload. Today I finally unpacked my PC at my new home and I still cannot upload the document. So after being your customer for over 13 years you still want a last pound of flesh and charge me an ETF? Your phone customer service sends me back to the waiver link form that does not work so I am in an endless loop of nonsense. I am ready to send you 5 documents to prove I moved to an area that you don't support, but at this point you should WAIVE this requirement considering how long I have been your customer.
