Echo Dot Promotion--problems redeeming

When I started my Fios internet service >65 days ago, I received a special offer which included a Echo Dot + Smart Plug. I am unable to find a way to redeem this. Every link I am sent to redeem is broken. I chatted with 2 representatives, did not resolve the problem.
