About a year ago Verizon removed an above ground connection box serving two (or more?) houses at the corner of my property. I was told that an underground box would replace it. But after all this time, nothing has been done and the cables stick out of the ground. Verizon placed two safety cones where the cables stick up from the ground to warn people of the exposed cables and potential safety hazard. A Verizon service guy noted this situation months ago but nothing has been done. I live in Westford, MA. Please help!
