Extremly disappointed of customer service

I try to resolve a billing issue, where I feel being tricked into a fee and was in contact with Verizon several times, but it always ends up nowhere. Forwarded to different departments, verbal promises via chat and phone, BUT ACTUALLY NOTHING HAPPENS. And I always need to explain the case again and again.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
