I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone who can help. The Amazon Prime link is broken and I cannot redeem my reward. Customer support has no idea how to resolve this, I have spoken to many representatives and keep getting transferred and noticed every other customer is having the SAME issue! Verizon needs to step up and do something about this or compensate their customers for the trouble we are going through.
