Failure to repair/complete infrastructure

As a member of community HOA Board, we have no way to officially report complaints to Verizon regarding the underground connection boxes & orange rubber "pipes" sticking up in our open space throughout the subdivision that are tripping hazards. We have tried calling the 800 customer service number but they told us this forum was the only method to report such issues. Shame on Verizon for hiding from their problems! As a public utility provider, Verizon should be held to a higher standard by Public Utility Commission at every level! I was sad to see a number of similar posts regarding Verizon owned infrastructure including downed wires, underground boxes and damaged poles with no response in this forum. We will advise our 316 homeowners of the discouraging results of our efforts to file and document formal complaints about the poor condition of Verizon infrastructure across our community.
