I have had the worst service from verizon Fios ever.  I have tried for a week to get a real human on the phone and in total have spent 3 hrs on hold only to be told a technician was coming and then get a text that they weren’t.  I am so close to cancelling all of my Fios service. This is beyond bad customer service
