False Charges for Returned Equipment

I checked my account and it says I have a $190 charge on my account if I did not return my equipment by 7/17. I went to the verizon fios store on 7/5 and returned the requested equipment. Why am I still being charged???

Did you get a receipt?
It has been reported before that it can take a bit of time to work its way through their system.
Receipt is your best defense.
