I never got my tablet promotion offer since last year august (2014).
I'm very disappointed in verizon. I'm moving in one month.
I dont think anyone wants to help me out.
Welcome to the forums. You're talking to other customers here. If you want help from Verizon, you need to call or chat with them.
If you're talking about the $200 discount on a tablet that was offered with some FiOS upgrades, know that it wasn't that great of a deal. It required activation of a new line of service with Verizon Wireless on a two year contract, so it wasn't just $200 off a tablet. My discount certificate ended up in the recycle bin, as it wasn't worth anything to me.
