File a complaint against Verizon

Where do I go or who do I call to file a complaint against the employees who failed to help me, yelled at me and then hung up on me after not fixing the problem? I have been getting over charged by Verizon for some time now and I have to call each time to have it fixed and they love to give me problems to fix it. I began recording and documenting everything now due to the emotional distress they cause me. I called Saturday due to my bill being over charged and found out it was a system error but my promise to pay was reflecting the system error, they said theyโ€™d fix it. It was not fixed and I called today. They finally fixed the credit but did not fix the promise to pay stating theyโ€™d couldnโ€™t fix it and mind you, I have had this problem in the past and a supervisor has fixed it. I requested the supervisor, he was aggressive and rude and was yelling and didnโ€™t seem to care about my concerns or that in the past following their directions has had my services cut off and they give me issues fixing that too. Supervisor hung up on me on a recorded line after I waited more than 20 mins for help. Can we imagine how many poor customers have been getting over charged and never noticed and Verizon collects the money without a problem. This is feeling like fraud because Verizon doesnโ€™t even check the bills to see if there is an error but do take forever to correct it when noticed or have an attitude doing. I want to make a complaint and no one is telling me or letting me know how so itโ€™s starting to feel like Iโ€™m going to have to go to social media and warn everyone about the situation and the secret over charges and post my evidence since Verizon is refusing to assist and provide customer service.
