Fios DIGITAL VOICE-Calls and Messages-Call Logs

This interface to view phone calls and messages will not let me delete the call logs.

Voice mails audio can no longer be  played. This feature worked in CY 2022.  Currently get an error "Alert", "We are currently unable to delete the entry you have requested due to technical difficulties, please attempt to delete the entry again. If you continue to experience problems please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-888-553-1555". Have contacted them and they haven't fixed the problem.

When there is a voice mail I can no longer play the audio. It does, however tell me the length of the voice mail in seconds.  The only way I can hear the audio is to use *86 on my phone.

In addition to this interface there is a newer interface that does delete one or many call logs. It does have a "Phone Management" tab that works  and plays voice mails, but does not tell the duration of the call in seconds.

What I would like is for Verizon to have their Programmers identify the problems and fix the software. 

When the  first interface above  actually works it does everything I want.

If other Verizon Fios Digital Voice users would  report this problem we may be able to get it fixed someday.
