I have been waiting for the 65 day period to end so that my $200 gift card could be redeemed.  After being prompted via an email from Fios that the gift card was ready, I followed the link and the gift card was then placed on the 'pending offers' page on My Verizon account.  As soon as the 65 day period ended, I tried to redeem the gift card, but it was still listed under 'pending offers' and still unable to redeem.  The following day, the gift card was removed altogether from the offers page.  Trying to find out where the gift card is???
