I recently had the set top boxes in my house changed.  Since then my TVs pixilate on 2 HD channels.  A technician has been out once already and will be a second time this coming weekend.  They can only tell you that they will be out between 8 AM and 6 PM.  Don't they realize that people work.  I am also told that they will call when the technician is dispatched from his home building.  I never receive that call/text on the cell number that I gave them.  On top of this my bill has increased $20 a month.

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
