Fios TV+ with your own router

Hello all. Has anyone had success running their own router without issue on fios tv+  boxes? I have the fios CR1000B set in bridge mode connected to my ASUS gt axe16000 router. Live TV/DVR services work perfectly fine for 3-4 days max, then tv stops working. Boxes will display "emu_BTP_999_title". When this happens I have to take the ONT cable from my routers WAN port back to the FIOS router WAN then power cycle. TV comes back up, then I can connect it back to my router and tv will continue to work fine for 3-4 before having to repeat that process. Any one know why this may be happening? Any help would be appreciated.

SAME PROBLEM THE DAY AFTER THE INSTALLATION!

My install was complicated because my router must be on the ONT to maintain elder care applications in the home. Other smart home technologies also require the PRIMARY ROUTER position. My router on the FIOS router's LAN simply breaks my critical apps.

TV worked 24 hours, then raised the same eum_BtP_999 errors.

Shame  Verizon! They should fix this debacle. Your earlier FIOS TV equipment did not have this problem. I do installs of customer home solutions for 18 years.  ...m

Sorry to reply to myself, but i thought it best so to keep the matter in a thread.

My situation is I live 3 hours away from my 95 year old mom so I have to leave her home to get back home in 2 days. THUS... I need a solution (like yesterday) to resolve this FIOS TV debacle.

I decided that if FIOS can't fix it tomorrow, I will resolve this entire mess by cancelling the FIOS TV portion of the package, keep the internet and phone. Then look to get YOUTUBE TV.  All the local broadcast stations are there; my mom only watches ABC, NBC and CBS - Hey she is 95 and watches limited TV.  I just set myself up for a YOUTUBE TV free trail for 4 months, then $64/month.  If I get my AppleTV or Roku to present YoutTube TV, then all the Verizon Moca routers will leave, all the Verizon Media Streamers and Bluetooth devices will leave resulting in less TV Gear, No Verizon  network gear on my in-house network (only my ASUS router), lower electricity costs, all wired ethernet operating in at multi-gigabit speeds,  4K HDR if I buy the latest Roku... and most important, my mom's elder care system continues to operate perfectly as it had these past 10 years!  That's my plan for tomorrow.

BTW... my order for the Verizon triple play was first placed on August 5th. I'm five tech visits into this order and over 10 hours on phone with customer support. Here I am August 31st without working TV
