Fios Welcome Bonus

On December 25, I received an email telling me it was time to request my Welcome Bonus, a $200 gift card, which I did. I was told I would receive the card within 30 days, which have long passed. My bill is due in 2 weeks and the chat bots have been no help. What can I do now? Thanks
