I am very frustrated with verizon.com website and any ability to actually get customer service for technical issues with my Fios. Phone number is not available. No way to email or chat? Buttons go no where. Web pages take forever to load in Safari and Chrome. I'm on hold now with 1-800.
Trying to find out why when I switch back from Netflix (838) my 1080 HD screen is now reduced by a band on top and bottom of the screen. The only way to restore full Fios screen is to reboot the box. So does Fios care about customers anymore? I'm thinking of cutting the fricking cord.
