Fios really needs to work on this.

I called around 715 and still havent made progress with my renewal of Fios.

Every time i call the system is super slow or not working.  Then they transferred me to the ELITE Team ,but the person who picked up was with Web services or online services. Then i was transferred to another person who couldnt understand me and had a bad headset.   I kept asking if he was in SALES and he couldnt understand me.

Then he couldnt find me a discount and i will try all over again.  Never thought it would be so much trouble to renew. I have been a long term customer and I handle all the issues and lack of improvements well.

Log on your account and renew online it is easier.
