Fios installer damaged our sprinkler system

Hello,

Could anyone provide information on how to obtain reimbursement for damages caused to our sprinkler system by Verizon Fios cable installation? The sprinkler system was cut in 11 places.

Have you contacted Verizon Support (1-800-VERIZON) to report the issue?

Thanks for the reply. No I haven't tried to call support. I read some other posts where customers had expressed frustration with trying to resolve similar compaints via the general support line, so I thought I'd try this approach first.
