I have a horrible experience with a place online FIOS internet only, the agent sent a link to me and the page kept disconnect and the agent asked me to enter my social security many times till it locked. I called the credit check number and they asked me to upload my ID copy. And on the next day, when I followed up on their services, they told me I am a fraud. This is crazy. I will advise everyone not to enter their social security with your company and I will call the credit bureau to check how can I solve it. You are not a professional company at all. All this trouble just for home internet.
