I had misplaced my card. What a long drawn out process. I contacted a person who gave me another number to get card replaced. Long and short after several hours and calls back and forth to same numbers the number the one was giving me saying it was for all prepaid card was for Wireless Prepaid only. I emailed and faxed the dispute department listed when you go online to check balance. I asked for a help, a phone # something and got no response. Today I called and of course all automated so i chose activate card and it said account closed but then sent me to a person. YAY! He was very pleasant and helpful but I have to wait 7-10 business days for the supervisor to investigate before I get hopefully a positive resolve. Would like my $71! Will update everyone later.
