My Fios gift card has been stuck in processing for weeks after I registered for it, and I never received an email with the egift card info.
Any help would be appreciated.
This is a common complaint with these fios gift cards by verizon. Just google it.
You can call your states attorney generals office if you are having real issues and or a run around.
